I read in their FAQ’s that it is not an option, but there should be a way. What works best for you or is it not possible with their un-user friendly software? Thanks

There may be such an animal out there but I don’t know of it. A way to reduce the size of video files? - I don’t think so but hey, things are moving so fast these days there may be a way.
Anyway, the easiest way I’ve always found to send videos is simply burn and use snail mail - it works rather well for me.
“.mov” (Quicktime) files are pretty small thanks to the Apple compression methods to start with.
Rather than try more compression, why not try a different method of transport?
FTP can do a much better job, without loss of quality.
Have a go with ‘Filezilla’…freeware.
