I’m not planning this, as much as it’s crossed my mind because the ***** left me pregnant with two young kids and the thought of blackmailing him or just causing him embarrassment is pleasant. But couldn’t I get in trouble? What if I sent to from a public computer and used an email address I created just for the purpose of doing this. How would anyone know for sure I did it besides him?

they would know for sure now because they is a statement from you traceable to your IP address saying you have the tape and want to send it out.
and yes it is illegal to do that

The jerk would pprobablyget a thrill from it, ddo notdo it for many reasons. You have kids is the main one. Take your time to get something else more advantageous to you and your kids. I would hope you entertain many ways of getting even in your mind , just don’t do it, because it could come back to harm you or your kids, and it shows class, you are above a creep like him do not stoop to his low skank level, . Not a good idea for two reasons: One, it CAN and will be traced to you, second it’s a toxic act for you. Let it go for your own sake and the sake of your kids. Next time you get involved make sure you don’t get intimate unless the guy knows how to commit and treat a woman with respect. Living with a boyfriend and having children with him is like paying for a house (to be built) in full and in advance and then expecting the contractors to all show up, be honest and build your home.

Yes, you can get into trouble.
And, you can get sued big-time.
Blue-eyes, destroy the video right away, before you do something that will cause you to get in deep trouble, and could bring CPS into your life (likely if you get arrested).
Do yourself and your children a favor - destroy the video.

It is called “invasion of privacy” and for that you can be sued.
Instead, refocus your energy onto something positive–creating a good life for you and your children. Don’t keep the entanglements going on between you and this creep. AW

Honey…just let it go. Take the high road. Your kids deserve one normal person as a parent. Sounds like he’s not a candidate for the position. Don’t make what is already a bad situation worse. He’s still your kids’ father…no matter how worthless you think he is. He’s gonna be around for a long time…if only intermittently. Try to make the relationship as comfortable as possible. Life as a single parent is hard enough without having to worry about what he’s gonna do next to get back at you.

we all know its a mean/destructive thing to do, but legally, whats the crime? its not a breach of privacy since the video belongs to her & was videoed with his permission. its not slander cos slander is telling nasty lies about someone (she’s not lying, she’s showing a vid of what did in fact happened)
prolly she wont be guilty of a crime against the bf, but rather a crime against the ppl she send the vid to (there must be some law against sending ppl **** w/o their permission)
