I am a independent advertiser for this company. I have 100 flyers to send out but no names to go with them. Where can I write to for a reasonable price for a mailing list of names so that I can start sending these flyers out?

In Uk we have ‘free local newspapers’ as well as nationals - could you not get in touch with a newspaper and have them inserted into the newspaper? Or ask a newsagent for a fee to put your flyers into papers. I know their is a fee involved but surely cheaper than postal charges
