How do i broadcast emails to other yahoo users whose contacts i don’t have?

    Try to find a Yahoo Group or form a Yahoo Group where people congregate for the same reason you want to send e-mails for.
    or….
    You can search in the Yahoo Directory for Yahoo ID names and assume that is their main Yahoo account name and assume that there is an e-mail attached to it.
    Or you can search different local Yahoo Forums where members allow individual e-mail access.
