It can extract emails from websites and also in my computer but it is not free.

Something as good as advanced email extractor.

I have seen this in a form a while ago, but the person who made that one is no longer with the company. Trying to make a database in Access and using a form to input data, would like the option to email the form to others, and the save and close and save and new just to make it easier. Any help with this would be appreciated.

i’m looking for a software to download that I can use to send my newsletter. It should allow me to create attractive newsletter.

I am looking for software that will automatically send emails out everyday. Why? I was wanting to send emails to my congressman everyday without the hassle of doing it each day. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I currently use MS Outlook and NEO (Nelson Email Organizer) to sort my email. NEO is nice, but it doesn’t do everything that I want it to.

What is the best software to organize my email? I recieve several hundred emails a day, of which maybe 20 are important. I would like a system that:
- Allows me to access a number of POP accounts

- Allows me to respond “from” a variety of accounts

- Automatically sorts emails based on a variety of custom rules (email from certain people gets treated differently)

- Allows me to categorize emails into different categories and easily access those categories (like Gmail)

- Is a client-side application or plugin (Gmail is great, but I need to be able to work offline)

- Allows fast access to a by-contact view of my mail — I need to be able to very quickly sort by sender regardless of where the email is stored. (NEO is great at this).

I don’t care if I stick with the “folder” metaphor or not. Thunderbird?
One especially-important feature would be the ability to tag a single email with multiple categories. Outlook (as I currently use it) allows categories, but I have to manually type them in each time. That’s not acceptable. I’d like to just be able to click and add an email to “personal” “to-do” and “finance” all at once, without having to type each category name out or do a lot of right-clicking around.
Mozilla Thunderbird 2’s tag feature is close but not quite there. Is there any system that has a tag toolbar that just allows clicking straight onto tags to mark messages, or to find all messages with that tag? In Thunderbird one has to open the tag button before applying a tag, and then actually search by tag later. I’d love a system that got away from the folder metaphor. I know that I’m being picky about extra clicks here and there, but they add up with hundreds of messages a day.
The save-search-as-folder thing in Thunderbird 2 is cool — that acutally solves all but 2 problems:

1 — Still takes too many clicks to tag something.

2 — Still no fast “find all messages by a person, regardless of the folder” feature like NEO.

that through some email tracking software or maybe some email service providers provide that service. He does not tell me.

So any tips or tricks to prevent the tracking & which email service provider gives the email tracking facility ?

I want to email individual tenants, buildings of tenants, or all tenants at once. What software should I use?

I had a PC and I used to use microsoft outlook. but now I am using a MAC and I’m looking for a email software for my MAC that makes me able to have groups and send email to groups and also make me able to send news letter to other people with the software.

How can i move my emails from Thunderbird to another software? Can I also move other things like my accounts from Thunderbird to another software?

And what alternatives are there to Thunderbird? How can i move my email from TB over to them if i use them?

I have a small business and trying to do everything myself without spending anymore money. I have a small budget. I need to be able to email my information to business contacts, and make it eye catching. I don’t need any animations, jus to be able to show my price list and a product picture.

Is there a place to get Free help or some free software download. Is this something that is made with HTML or something else? How can I do this myself? Where do I start?

when i click on set up mail account it asks me to insert my name , email account and then the next page it asks for the type of incoming mail server , my incoming mail server , and my outgoing smtp server. where can i find out these ????
