How can I get a mailing address from my landlord who refuses to give it out?



I have rented from this particular person for over 6 months and have now given my written 30 day notice to move out. Throughout my tenancy I have requested several times for his mailing address but he refuses to give it. I gave him a $500 deposit which I expect to get back but I’m concerned that without some way of contacting him, I may not get it back. What are my legal rights?

When mailing an apartment for information should I include a self-addressed stamped envelope?



Should I just mail the letter and let them take care of the postage to send me the information?

Would mailing a postcard be okay?

How do you email a zip form with your client’s signature on it?



Hey
I’m a real estate agent and now I’m beginning to see a current trend of other agents asking me to email them my clients offer through the Zip Form site. My question is; how do I send them the email offer of my client if on the zip form my client hasn’t signed it? I always fax things, and I’m having some trouble catching up on this, I’m not good with computers, so any help is welcomed. Thanks.
