New Dell computer with Vista software? why does my new computer not seem to be able to?



read my floppy/CD drives etc. People are emailing me attachments, videos, etc and when I try to open them up, my computer can’t find them to open them up. What do you think it is wrong. If I put a CD in my CD drive, my computer can not open up the files or find them? I’m so confused.
What about the computer not recognizing the CD drives (discs, etc)
