How do I make an SBC global email account?



I have sbc internet provider. But I have no idea how to make an email account. I made a yahoo one, but no idea for sbc. I would ask my mom about all of this, but she’s out of town. Can anyone please help?

Is Yahoo, emailing account holders to verify password DOB and phone number got suspicious email from them?



Is Yahoo emailing account holders and asking them to verify their password ,DOB, Phone number , country of origin and account name within 7 days or lose their account? I recieved one of these and it is suspicious, please advise.
