I would like to create a “broadcast” email list so that several employees in my office can get the same email without having it go to a particular person and they have to forward it. Do you know how I can do this? It would make my office so much more efficient.

One Response to “Broadcast Email Lists?”

  1. JanetM Says:

You must be new to email. If you want your email to go to a list of people, either just put those addresses in the “TO” field, or create a group list. If using Yahoo, just click on “Contacts”, and then click “Add Category” to name the list and to create a group list. Before you can create the group list, the individual email addresses have to already be on your list of contacts, as you will select their names/addresses from that list to create the group list. Creating a group list is the way to go if you mean to frequently send emails out to the same list of people. If not, and the list changes, just put the addresses in the “TO” field, separated by commas.
