Anyone with Kodak Easyshare Software?



I have the kodak easyshare software for my computer and have used it for about 4 years. Recently there was a pop up that said there was an update so I clicked yes to install it. Now, when I plug the camera in and transfer movies, the movies will not email. It says something about the MOV format. Anyone know what that means or how to fix it? We have family out of state and I love emailing video’s of my children and now none of them will go through. Thanks in advance

    Hi
    As the software was working prior to the update is there anyway you can restore the settings to a date prior to the change. I know this can be done but this depends on the operating system and what software you have running. If so it should sort the matter out.
